Child patients are cared for within the NHS, and regular appointments are essential to identify any problems from an early age. It may be necessary for more frequent visits in some cases, for example during orthodontic treatment or if a high rate of decay is detected.
To help maintain a healthy mouth and smile, we recommend dental visits for children as soon as the first teeth erupt.
This is an excellent practice - the treatment is first class and the interest in the comfort and care of clients very impressive. I had my first root canal treatment since the 1990s and things have moved on in terms of how it was done and the recovery time. Good to be completely pain free in a few days, having had a post op personal video on the day of the op with advice on pain relief and follow up phone calls the week after - thanks!
Fabulous service from start to finish. From reception to a telephone follow up a few days post treatment - I could not fault it. As a doctor, I know how hard it has been over the last couple of years for all healthcare professionals, and I take my hat off to the Dental Beauty Bedfont. Thank you and you should all be rightly proud of your service.
The team make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience and are most considerate of us as a patient, putting us at ease whilst delivering exceptional care and attention.
It is important to establish good oral hygiene habit from a young age and ensure excellent dental health as children grow. This is why we recommend children visit the dentist as soon as their first teeth erupt.
Our dentist are highly experienced working with patients of all ages and those with dental anxiety. By creating a welcoming environment, taking things slowly and making appointments “fun” we build up trust with your child so they can feel comfortable in a dental environment.
As a base we recommend children visit the dentist every 6 months for a checkup, though this may be more frequent depending on their oral health.
